Great deal! Swoopo has a lot of competition though. You should find a new penny auction site that just opened like BidBlink. There are other ones out there too but Swoopo has users from across the world competing with you.
At Swoopo though, you can buy what you’re bidding on if you don’t win the auction. It’s a good safety net. If you’re going to buy a netbook anyway, you might as well bid for a chance to win it for cheap. Otherwise, you can pay retail price. Win win.
