Ridgely EversFounder and CEORidgely got his first computer in 1967 and started his first business in the early 1970s. In 1988 he joined Intuit, where he was responsible for the creation of QuickBooks, and later instrumental in creating their online banking system. Since Intuit he has been CEO of several technology startups, including Exactly Vertical, a pioneer in supply-chain automation for small business, and nCircle, one of the leading companies in internet network security. In 1990 he founded DaVero Sonoma, which he and his wife Colleen McGlynn have built into a premier producer of extra virgin olive oils, wines, and other artisan food products. In 2003, Ridgely began development of NetBooks. He earned a BA, with distinction, in International Relations from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. |

Chris HobbsCFOChris Hobbs has extensive executive management experience in both operating and investment roles. He led corporate development at call center giant TeleTech Holdings and at nCircle Network Security. Prior to nCircle, he served as CFO of web services company XUMA. Chris has been an advisor to venture firm Millennium Hanson, and was also first vice president in the merchant banking group of Imperial Bank. He earned a BA in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA from Oxford University. |

Demaris BrintonGeneral CounselDemaris specializes in advising technology-driven growth companies. Prior to joining NetBooks she practiced law at Lanahan & Reilley, and in the Corporate Technologies Group of Pillsbury Madison & Sutro (now Pillsbury Winthrop) in San Francisco. Demaris has worked in the United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate in Washington, D.C. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin, cum laude, where she was an editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal. |

Dennis FaustCTODennis has led the development of major software products and platforms for 20 years. He most recently served as CTO of MECA Communications, a leader in rich media-based instant messaging. Just prior, he was Chief of Web Technology at TechTV. As VP of Engineering at More.com he led the team that developed one of the first high-volume e-commerce engines on the web. His work at Digicash, which created a payment system used by international banks, continues to underpin most cash-based online payment systems in use today. Dennis holds a BS from Florida State University. |

AJ HerreraVP of MarketingAJ’s 18 years of technology marketing experience include 12 years as president of San Francisco-based agency Bravo! Marketing. There he pioneered new types of online and multi-channel communication programs for B2B technology clients that included Cisco Systems, Fidelity Ventures, IDC, and PeopleSoft. He and his team were instrumental in growing several startups into public companies, including ValueClick and Verio Web Hosting. AJ understood the value of large networks very early. After attending the University of California at Berkeley, he went to SGI where he led the rollout of a graphical online service five years before the existence of the worldwide web. |

San Mai earned a BS in computer engineering, as well as an MBA, from Santa Clara University. |
