Project Manager
- Develop, maintain and communicate detailed project plans and schedules. Track key milestones and commitments, and ensure completion of milestones as scheduled.
- Facilitate effective flow of communication between management and project team members.
- Manage project from detailed definition, architecture, design and implementation through release, including post-release analysis of opportunities for process improvement.
- Proactively identify risks at both the project and task levels, and develop plans for managing and mitigating those risks.
- Communicate, negotiate, and coordinate as needed in order to drive a project towards a successful outcome.
- Communicate status of projects, including status of milestones against plan, resource utilization, risk factors, and possible project implementation alternatives as well as regular participation in project review meetings and staff meetings.
- BA/BS and/or equivalent industry experience required.
- Must have 3-5 years experience managing multiple software projects in an Agile environment.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead through influencing and negotiating.
- Must be able to create, write and implement project plans, along with maintaining project schedules.
- Must have the ability to make decisions relating to tasks, resources, and cost.
- Strong critical and organizational thinking skills.
- Well trained or versed in software development and product planning.
- Strong facilitation and coordination skills.
- Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and within a dynamic environment.
- Experience with SaaS and financial applications a strong plus.

NetBooks has an immediate opening for a Project Manager, who will be responsible for coordinating and managing all assigned projects, from inception through release. The Project Manager will work with development managers, product managers, developers, QA engineers, technical writers and senior management, to scope, plan, create and maintain project plans and schedules.
